My stay at Hotel Luc was absolutely fantastic! The level of personalized service made me feel incredibly welcomed, starting from the friendly check-in experience with champagne. The room was modern and luxurious with high-quality amenities, although I did find the breakfast service slightly slow at times. Nevertheless, the hotel's prime location near many attractions and efficient staff made my experience truly enjoyable.

While the hotel's location in Gendarmenmarkt was perfect for exploring Berlin and the breakfast was excellent with a variety of options (the Prosecco was a nice touch!), my experience with the room and service left much to be desired. I encountered check-in delays and the room was smaller than I expected, which was frustrating. Overall, the hotel has potential, but several aspects need improvement.
